Nourished Soul Sanctum has crafted this beautiful, weekend retreat for women. Celebrating the Autumn Equinox, it's time to get away and have a little break in the company of women at all stages of life. Come and hang out in the wisdom that is inherent in women gathering together. After all, one of the greatest gifts of womankind is the ability to share, communicate and tell stories.

Megan will be leading the sessions, come and learn some new skills to stress less, laugh and have a break in a beautiful quiet space in the bush away from it all.

Sarah will be nurturing you all weekend with the best of the best food :) You will come away inspired, energised and feeling like you can take on the world with wisdom and grace.

Karen Jenkins offers beautiful relaxing massage (it's an add on) and you will receive details on how to book with her once you've booked in for the retreat. 

This is a Womens only retreat, its for you and for you to share......

• The Retreat is for 3 nights from Thursday 21st to Sunday 24th, March, 2024. Book in early for this retreat, spaces are limited to 20 fully participating adults.
• Accomodation is rustic, most rooms have a single bed, however 3 rooms have queen beds and one room has 2 single beds. The bathrooms are shared. You will need to bring bed linen and a towel. You will receive more detailed instructions on what to bring, closer to the retreat. 
• Price of the retreat includes accommodation, all yoga, meditation and guided sessions and beautiful fresh food.
• The menu is always vegetarian, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. 
• Bookings close Sunday March 18th. 
• Should we have to cancel the retreat you will receive a full refund, deposit included.
